TILING PACKAGES FOR BTO RENOVATION

Getting a BTO unit soon? We offer direct tiling service for BTO units at competitive rates. If you’re intending to engage an interior designer, engaging us for tiling works will be able to save you renovation costs. Make your new BTO home unique with floor tiles of your choice.

Should you require any other general renovation services, we are happy to provide you with a quotation for your consideration.

Prices include supply of tiles up to $3.00 per square foot. Additional cost difference will be incurred for installation of tiles above $3.00 per square foot.

Prices include supply of all necessary cement screed.

Our preferred tile supplier is Hafary. You may find a list of their showrooms here.

GENERAL RENOVATION PACKAGES FOR BTO

Should you require additional works on your BTO renovation such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical and design services, we are please to provide these services with our premium packages. These packages come with all the general necessities required for a typical BTO unit.

Design Services

• Interior Design Consultation
• Space Planning
• 3D Perspective Drawing
• Site coordination and supervision

Kitchen

• Fabricate and install 20ft kitchen cabinet with solid plywood with laminate finishing
• Doors with ABS Trimming
• 1 set frosted glass panel with hydraulic air spring
• 1 set two tier stainles steel dish rack
• 1 set PVC cutlery tray

Kitchen Worktop

• Supply and install 10ft solid surface worktop

Main Bedroom

• Fabricate and install full-height casement wardrobe with solid plywood with laminate finishing

Electrical Works

• Supply labour to install ceiling lights to all HDB original lighting points

Plumbing Works

• Supply labour to install kitchen cooker hood and hob
• Supply labour to install instant heaters for 2 toilets
• Supply labour to install kitchen sink and tap
• Supply labour to install toilet accessories for 2 toilets

Painting Works

• Paint whole unit walls with Nippon Vinilex 5000 (max 4 colours)
• Paint whole unit ceiilngs with Nippon Matex White

Others

• Supply and lay corrugated paper to protect flooring
• Chemical acid washing for whole unit
